The room at Heritage Suites Zanini was really cozy and comfortable. I loved the private entrance and the air conditioning, it made me feel right at home. The flat-screen TV and the sofa were perfect for lounging and relaxing after a long day exploring Hvar Town.

I personally didn't find the satellite TV channels very interesting, but that's just my taste. Other guests might enjoy them.

Satisfied with a big bathroom, fresh towels, for example available. Location was top, very close to route. Tasty breakfast, the food was fab. The staff helped with luggage etc;))

Setting just next door to the main square, harbour, and restaurants/bars, the great restaurants and the boats/water taxis and the centre of a medieval town. Amazingly attentive and accommodating staff and their warm welcome.

Heritage Suites Zanini was one of the best apartment stays I’ve ever had. The place looked exactly like the pictures, if not even better in person. It was perfectly clean with all the amenities you could need. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to the main square, harbor, restaurants, and bars. Despite being in the town center, it was surprisingly quiet. The breakfast at Villa Nora, just a few steps away, was amazing in a pretty courtyard area. The hosts at Villa Nora were always available and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage there prior to check-in and even checking us in earlier than expected. The personal touch of being given a map and some tips on what to see in the area at check-in was a nice bonus. From the hospitality upon arrival to the introduction of the apartment and facilities, to the delicious breakfast spread each morning, the staff at Heritage Suites Zanini was brilliant.

The apartment had great location and staff, and was located really close to Croatia as well as shops.

The staff here is really helpful and incredibly attentive, and the food was fabulous - I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and quiet, despite being close to the center of town. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable everything was. the varied and delicious breakfast each day was definitely a highlight.

The safe box in the apartment was tiny and not working. It was missing batteries and wasn't even attached to a wall or closet.

The staff at the property were very nice and lovely. The rooms were incredible, and I appreciated having a hair dryer, walk-in shower, and bath sheets available. The breakfast was wonderful and fantastic, with great food. The location had a quiet atmosphere, away from hustle and bustle, and there were supermarkets and shops nearby.

The only drawback we can think of is that the apartment requires climbing some steps, which might be challenging for elderly or less mobile individuals.

We had a fantastic stay at Heritage Suites Zanini. The apartment, located in a central and lively area, was spacious and beautifully styled. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. The breakfast served in the charming courtyard was delicious and personalized. We would highly recommend staying here!

Although it was a minor inconvenience, the key pick up instructions were incorrect, requiring us to call for directions. Additionally, we personally felt that the large TV at the end of the bed was unnecessary and took away from the otherwise lovely ambiance of the room.

I got great value for my money at Heritage Suites Zanini. The room was lovely, with a perfect blend of modern and old-world charm. The location was ideal, close to the ferry and bus station, restaurants, and other attractions. The staff, especially Natalija, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing me with valuable information about the island and recommendations on things to do and places to eat.

The breakfast menu could be improved by considering alternative placement for the large TV at the end of the bed. Personally, I found it unnecessary and a bit of an eyesore, but overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Heritage Suites Zanini.

I absolutely loved the location of this place; it was perfect for exploring a beautiful Roman Catholic cathedral just a short distance from the apartment.

Gorgeous and spacious with a great location in the old town. Best breakfast of our entire trip. Helpful staff brought breakfast to our room for my mother. The styling is classy and the bed comfortable. The host even booked us a fabulous boat excursion.
